Through my coaching, podcast, blogs, workbook, book and this communicty, I'm sharing what I've learned (and unlearned) on the way back to my power. I'm not here to fix you.

I'm Cathy Michaels - Certified Insight Life Coach, space holder, soul-led guide, and the heart behind You Do You, Babe!
This isn't some big corporate machine. It's just me - a woman who answered the call to come back to herself, and now walks beside others ready to do the same.
My journey wasn't clean or linear - it was cracked open by pain, by healing, by remembering who I am beneath the layers. I've done the shadow work, the soul work, the messy middle. And now I help others reconnect with their truth, their intuition, and the version of themselves they were always meant to be.
My coaching is heart-led and spirit-guided. It's a sacred space to unlearn the noise, release the shame, and rise - fully, freely, and in alignment wiht your own divine timing.
You don't need to become someone else.
