Journaling with You Do You, Babe!

Journaling helped me slow down and actually hear myself. What started as a way to clear my thoughts became a way to understand my emotions, notice patterns, and reconnect with who I am. I didn’t need perfect words—just honesty. Over time, it became a simple way to come back to myself.

✨ self-love

  • How do I currently show up for myself?
  • Where am I hard on myself, and why?
  • What would it look like to treat myself with more kindness today?
  • What do I genuinely love about who I am becoming?

✨ self-worth

  • Where do I seek validation outside of myself?
  • When do I feel most confident and secure in who I am?
  • What makes me worthy, beyond what I do for others?
  • Where in my life am I settling for less than I deserve?

✨ fear of abandonment

  • What situations trigger fear of being left or not chosen?
  • When did I first remember feeling this way?
  • How do I react when I feel someone pulling away?
  • What would it feel like to know I am safe, even if others leave?

✨ security

  • What makes me feel safe and grounded?
  • When do I feel most at ease in my body?
  • What does emotional safety look like to me?
  • How can I create more stability within myself?

✨ trust

  • Do I trust myself? Why or why not?
  • When have I ignored my intuition, and what happened?
  • What does my inner voice feel like?
  • What would it look like to trust myself more fully?

✨ inner child wounds

  • What did I need growing up that I didn’t receive?
  • How did I learn to view love, safety, and protection?
  • Where might I still be seeking approval or validation?
  • How can I begin to give myself what I needed back then?
