Some days you feel grounded. Some days you don’t.

This page is a place to come back to—simple practices that help you reset, clear your mind, and feel a little more like yourself again.

Start with one. That's enough!

✨ self-Awareness

Awareness changes everything.
Notice what you are feeling before you react & then respond.

  • Pause before reacting
  • Ask yourself:  What am I actually feeling right now?
  • Notice your patterns without judging them
  • Pay attention to what feels off vs. what feels right

✨ Reset

Sometimes you don’t need to figure anything out—you just need a reset.  Stepping away, getting outside, or slowing down your breath can shift your entire state.

  • Go for a walk (no phone if you can)
  • Get outside-fresh air helps more than you think
  • Slow your breathing
  • Give yourself some time before responding (even 24 hours)

✨ Let It Move

Not everything needs to be analyzed.  A lot of what you feel just needs to be felt and allowed to pass through instead of being held onto.

  • Let yourself feel what comes up
  • Cry if you need to
  • Move your body - walk, stretch, dance
  • Don't overthink it-just let it pass through

✨ Come Back to Yourself

It’s easy to get caught up in your head. Coming back to yourself brings you into the present—where things actually feel calmer and clearer.

  • Bring your focus back to right now
  • Stop trying to figure everything out
  • Remind yourself:you don't need all the answers today
  • Trust what feels calm, not what feels urgent

✨ Daily

What you do every day matters more than what you do once in a while.  Small, consistent habits are what help you feel more grounded over time.

  • Spend time outside (near water if you can) 
  • Listen to music that shifts your mood 
  • Write things out when your mind feels full 
  • Take care of yourself in small ways

✨ reminders

Sometimes you don’t need more information—you just need to remember what you already know.  Simple reminders can shift your perspective in a moment.

  • You’re allowed to slow down 
  • Not everything needs a reaction 
  • You can care without overextending 
  • Peace is something you choose again and again
