It's me....Cathy!
For most of my life, I lived the way I thought I was supposed to—doing the right things, showing up for everyone else, and building a life that
looked “good” on the outside. But underneath it all, something felt… missing. My journey didn’t begin with clarity. It began with unraveling.
Through life experiences that challenged everything I thought I knew—about love, identity, and who I was allowed to be—I found myself on a path of deep self-discovery and spiritual awakening. It wasn’t easy. It required me to face parts of myself I had ignored, to let go of roles I had outgrown, and to rebuild from a place of truth instead of expectation. And somewhere along the way, I came home to myself.
Today, I guide others through their own transformation—not by giving them answers, but by helping them reconnect with their own. My work is rooted in emotional awareness, nervous system healing, and learning how to trust yourself again. Because the truth is…You don’t need fixing. You need remembering.
Through my coaching, my writing, and my presence, I hold space for people who are ready to step out of old patterns and into a more aligned, embodied version of themselves. If you’re here, something in you is ready too.

The Real Me
I’m easy to talk to—judgment-free and a good listener.
I’m self-aware, but still human. I make mistakes, I catch them, and I learn.
I wake up grateful every single day.
I need to be outside—near water if I can. Walking is my meditation. It’s where everything clears.

How this began
You Do You, Babe! wasn’t created from a perfect plan—it was born from a moment of awakening. A moment where I realized I had spent years living for everyone else… and barely knew myself.
Like so many women, I was doing all the things—showing up, holding it together, being who I thought I should be. But underneath it all, there was a quiet voice asking:

This brand is the result of answering that question.
Through healing, self-awareness, and learning to trust myself again, I began to rebuild my life from the inside out. Not perfectly—but honestly. And in that process, I discovered something powerful:
When you come home to yourself, everything changes.
